Solutions On-premises · Vendor-neutral

Seven ways in. One layer out.

Whatever your building needs first, it ends in one vendor-neutral layer you own, running on your own premises.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before the first call

Which of these smart building solutions should we start with?
Start with the symptom, not the technology. A building that already runs several vendor systems starts with the building management systems page and the Data Auditor. A new build or deep retrofit starts with the Infrastructure Blueprint; for villas and compounds, read the smart home systems page first. Everything else, from AI to Mostadam evidence, sits on top of one of those two.
How do the seven solutions relate to puniq's three services?
Every solution routes to one of three services. The Data Auditor unifies an existing building into one on-premises layer. The Infrastructure Blueprint designs that layer before construction. AI Optimization is a cloud subscription that adds benchmarking, forecasting, anomaly detection and compliance output on top of either. The solution pages describe the same work from the buyer's side of the table.
How is puniq different from a BMS integrator or a PropTech platform?
A legacy integrator leaves you a wiring diagram and an invoice. A PropTech SaaS vendor leaves you another dashboard you do not own. puniq leaves you the complete map of your building's data, in your hands, on your premises. Every audit and blueprint closes with that Documented Data Map, on open protocols, with no hardware on our balance sheet and no dependency on us afterwards. Engineer-led. No black boxes. Yours to keep.
Does puniq work in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC?
Yes, from Berlin, with your local partners. puniq is a smart building company that sells software and engineering. We work across Europe, the GCC and North Africa, in English, Arabic, French and German. The work is remote-friendly, on site when a building needs it. Your local MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) consultants, contractors and integrators build and service what we specify. We do not sell or install hardware. See the four live engagements in three countries.
Will our existing systems be replaced?
No. Nothing is ripped out. puniq sits above the controllers you already own, normalizes their points to open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus and MQTT, and gives you one readable model of the building. Brands stay. The dependency on a single supplier goes. Whether an old head end (the vendor's central BMS server and its screens) is worth keeping is answered in the audit, not in a sales call.
How much does a smart building solution cost in Saudi Arabia?
puniq publishes no price list. The Data Auditor is fixed-scope, the Infrastructure Blueprint is a design fee, and AI Optimization is a cloud subscription on top. All three are priced after a first call maps the systems you run. Nothing on the quote is hardware, because you buy the kit and your contractors install it. For budget ranges before that call, read the real cost of a BMS in the Gulf and run the BMS ROI calculator.
What happens after we book a call?
The team replies within two business days. On the first call we map the systems you run, the building type and the goal, and say plainly which service fits. The scope is fixed up front, before any work starts. There is no hardware on the quote and no proprietary gateway in the design, because the layer we specify is yours to operate, audit and extend.

Tell us about the building and we will say which service fits

Send the building type, the city and the vendor names you know. An engineer replies with the solution that fits and what the first phase would cover. You own the building, the data and the map. We only own the method.
